Digital Humanities in South Bend provides information and updates about digital humanities activity in the wider Michiana region. The domain was registered in 2019 to serve as the web home for the first Digital Humanities Research Institute (DHRI) South Bend, a function it still serves as the effort has ballooned into Indiana DHRI.

The effort is a collaboration between Daniel Johnson (Notre Dame) and Sarah Noonan (Saint Mary’s College) to build greater awareness of the digital humanities in South Bend and develop relationships across departments and campuses.
